The Services of Villa Catleya
Concierge Services
The villa has a concierge service that physically welcomes each newcomer.
Upon request, we can provide a baby cot and high chair.
Breakfasts
A breakfast basket is provided.
In high and mid-season, it is replenished daily from Monday to Sunday. In low season, it is available from Monday to Friday.
Housekeeping service
The rate includes cleaning in the apartments for one-week stays:
- 1 hour and 30 minutes per week.
Cleaning will be done midway through the stay.
We are constantly striving to make your stay in our apartment as enjoyable as possible. To meet your individual needs and preferences, we are pleased to offer additional services. These services aim to enhance your comfort and peace of mind during your stay.
- Increased cleaning frequency: If you would like cleaning to be carried out more frequently than our standard policy, we can arrange additional cleanings. This will ensure that your space remains impeccable throughout your stay.
- Increased linen change frequency: For those of you who prefer freshly changed sheets and towels more frequently, we offer an additional linen change service. This will allow you to enjoy clean and fresh linen throughout your stay.
- Supply of maintenance kit: We also offer the option to provide a maintenance kit for your apartment. This kit will include products and supplies for you to maintain the cleanliness of your space between regular cleanings.
Our team is here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so please feel free to ask us during your check-in or contact us to discuss these additional services or any other specific requests you may have. Your comfort is our priority, and we will do our best to meet your individual needs.

Villa Catleya is open all year round. Reservations in high season (July-August) are made for a minimum of 7 days with arrival on Saturday. In low season (October to April) and mid season (May, June, September), the minimum length of stay is 3 days and arrival and departure days are free.
